Abstract： @@ 随着国际妊娠合并糖尿病研究组(International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Group,IADPSG)推荐的妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)诊断标准[1]被逐渐采纳,将有更多孕妇被诊断为GDM.因绝大多数GDM患者仅需合理的营养治疗即可使血糖控制满意.因此,对日益增多的GDM患者,如何给予科学的营养治疗至关重要.但总体而言,产科医生对此缺乏经验,相关循证依据也有限,现将GDM营养治疗的临床实践及循证依据介绍如下.
