Abstract: 目的 研究0.7MPa(7 ATA)氮氧混合气对大鼠纹状体、下丘脑、中脑和小脑突触体以及神经元和神经胶质细胞释放及摄取γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的作用.方法 同位素液体闪烁检测技术检测突触体和细胞释放标记GABA的量和摄取标记GABA的量.结果 纹状体、下丘脑和中脑突触体释放GABA增加,小脑释放GABA无明显变化.纹状体、下丘脑、中脑和小脑突触体摄取GABA均增加.SK-N-SH细胞释放和摄取GABA明显增加.C6细胞摄取GABA增加.结论 0.7 MPa氮氧混合气条件下GABA神经递质代谢加快,其抑制功能可能减弱.
