Abstract： 目的 总结纵隔肿瘤和囊肿的诊断及外科治疗.方法 对解放军总医院1996年3月至2005年4月343例纵隔肿瘤和囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 肿瘤及囊肿完整切除300例,部分切除25例,均经术后病理证实.发生并发症9例.结论 正确诊断以及根据肿瘤特点选择合理的手术方法是获得良好治疗效果的关键.
