Effect of zinc L-lysine and taurine against teratogensis caused by hyperthermia

Abstract: 目的探讨L-赖氨酸锌、牛磺酸对小鼠胚胎高热损伤的保护作用.方法选择8日孕龄Swiss小鼠87只,置于42.5~43.0℃水浴中9 min,6 h后再水浴8 min.30只孕鼠于孕9日灌服L-赖氨酸锌,剂量为200 mg/kg,27只孕鼠灌服牛磺酸剂量为300 mg/kg.于孕18日处死.计算畸胎、死胎、吸收胎率,并分别测量体重、身长及尾长.结果 L-赖氨酸锌组与牛磺酸组畸胎率分别为1.1%和1.2%,高热组为5.4%,与前两组比较 P<0.01.前两组死胎率分别为1.0%和1.5%,高热组为3.5%,与前两组比较 P<0.01.前两组鼠的吸收胎率均为5.6%,高热组为14.3%,与前两组比较P<0.01.前两组鼠的平均体重分别为1 370 mg±180 mg和1 380 mg±190 mg,明显重于高热组1 280±240 mg(P<0.01).前2组鼠的身长分别为28.1 m m±1.9 mm和28.0 mm±2.1 mm,高热组为26.7 mm±2.2 mm,与前两组比较P<0.01.前两组鼠的尾长分别为12.2 mm±1.3 mm和12.2 mm±1.9 mm,高热组为11.6 mm±1.5 mm,与前两组比较P<0.01.结论 L-赖氨酸锌、牛磺酸可明显增强胚胎对高热致畸的拮抗作用,促进胚胎的正常发育.
