Abstract: Maternal autoimmune diseases with pregnancy can lead to fetal atrioventricular block, endocardial fibroelastosis, myocarditis, and atrioventricular valve dysfunction. Gestational hyperglycemia may contribute to some serious fetal cardiovascular malformations and cardiac dysfunction. This consensus focuses on pregnant women with autoimmune diseases or gestational hyperglycemia and put forward expert opinions from the following aspects: the incidence and high-risk population of fetal heart disease, methods and indicators for prenatal examination, prenatal monitoring and follow-up strategies, intrauterine intervention, and perinatal management, aiming to shed a light on the perinatal management of fetal heart disease in this population.
