Abstract： Presented here was the clinicaI experience in 119 patients with 135 times of ortho-topic liver transplantation in early stage.It's crucial that the liver graft function disorder is diag-nosed in early stage after liver transplantation.The rejection is the central problem after trans-plantation.Clinical features,experimental parameters,special examination and histological exami-nation,etc.could objectively evaluate liver function disorder after transplantation,exclude the re-jection,and improve the effect of treatment.
