Abstract： Renal cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of urinary system,which can involve inferior vena cava in approximate 4％ to 10％ of patients.Radical nephrectomy and resection of inferior vena cava tumor thrombus can effectively improve the prognosis.Rational use of multimodality images can provide reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper summarized the diagnostic value of multimodal imaging and pointed out that multimodal molecular imaging is the future development direction.
