Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical significances of helper T cell 17(Th17),regulatory T cell (Treg) and the expression of relative cytokines in psoriasis patients. Methods From January to December in 2016,60 psoriasis patients(psoriasis group) and 30 healthy people(control group) were enrolled in 404 Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.Levels of Th17 and Treg were detected by flow cytometry;serum concentrations of interleukin(IL)-17 and IL-10 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Th17 percentage in psoriasis group was higher than that in control group;Treg percentage in psoriasis group was lower than that in control group;Th17/Treg ratio in psoriasis group was higher than that in control group [(2.03 ± 0.27)% vs (0.80 ±0.32)%,(1.10 ±0.21)% vs (2.80 ±0.43)%,(1.91 ±0.46) vs (0.30 ±0.14)] (P < 0.05).Serum IL-17 level in psoriasis group was higher than that in control group and serum IL-10 level in psoriasis group was lower than that in control group[(101 ± 11)ng/L vs (56 ±8)ng/L,(16 ±3) ng/L vs (30 ±6)ng/L] (P < 0.05).Conclusion Psoriasis patients may have Th17 and Treg immune balance disorder.
