Abstract： Objective To investigate and analysis the pressure source for nurses in the special ward.Methods All 60 nurse in the special ward in Beijing Anzhen Hospital were enrolled and the anonymous questionnaires were sent to investigate the sources of the work pressure.The available questionnaires were collected and analyzed.Results The main pressure sources were lower social status[(3.2 ±0.9) scores],followed by useless written works [(3.1 ± 1.2) scores],low salary and welfare [(3.0 ±0.9) scores],shiftwork [(3.0 ± 1.2) scores] and low own value [(2.9 ± 1.0) scores].Conclusion The nurses in special ward suffer from high word pressure.
