Abstract：支气管哮喘（哮喘）是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病，哮喘患者的自我管理在慢性病的治疗过程中具有十分重要的意义。动态监测肺功能及呼出气一氧化氮（FeNO）或可对早期哮喘急性发作风险进行预测，判断对可吸入性糖皮质激素（ICS）的反应性，预估患者对ICS治疗的依从性等均有重要意义。这使得动态监测肺功能及FeNO有可能成为哮喘患者自我管理的重要手段，但其广泛应用仍需更多的循证医学证据支持。
