Abstract: Objective To study the morbidity diagnosed in annual physical examination for male fighter (attacker) pilots and to give advices for health promotion and disease prevention.Methods Male fighter (attacker) pilots' medical data collected in the annual physical examinations between July 1,2012 to June 30,2013 were reviewed and established the database.The diagnosed results were classified and summarized.Pilots were divided into 6 age groups by 5 yrs intervals.The top diseases (or abnormalities) were compared among groups.Results The fighter (attacker) pilots' disease spectrum involved various systems and organs of body.The top 5 diseases in fighter (attacker) pilots spectrum were hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,gallbladder disease,hyperuricacidemia and hepatic hemangioma.The diseases (or abnormalities) showed growing trend with age.The morbidity was 72.34% in ≥45 yrs age group.The diseases (or abnormalities) detection rate differently increased with age.Conclusions The detection rate of male fighter (attacker) pilots' disease (or abnormality) shows growing trend with age.The top 5 diseases were hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,gallbladder disease,hyperuricacidemia and hepatic hemangioma.Aeromedical service should care such trend and emphasis the support.
