Abstract： Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo Decoction (a formula of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating qi, activating blood circulation, resolving phlegm, and dredging collaterals) combined with hyperbaric oxygen on hemodynamics of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its efficacy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction, admitted to Wenling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2019, were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, while the study group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The curative effects were evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). The inflammatory factors were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The nerve function was detected by the ELISA kit. Fasting venous blood was collected from patients before and after treatment to detect oxidative stress response. The hemodynamic indexes were detected by transcranial Doppler ultrasound.Results:The curative effect of the study group (97.2%) was better than that of the control group (82.5%), the difference was statistically different ( P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors such as CRP, IL-1, TNF-α, and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05); the nerve function indexes of H-FABP, NSE, GFAP, S100B, and MBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05); the level of SOD in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the MDA and ROS levels were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05); in MCA and VA, the indexes of Vs, Vd, Vm in the study group were higher than those of the control group; in MCA and VA, the PI and RI of the study group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can achieve a satisfactory curative effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction, through reducing the levels of inflammatory factors, improving the stress response, neurological function and hemodynamic indexes of patients, which has a high clinical value for the recovery of patients′ activity of daily life.
