Abstract: 目的研究鱼酱油对实验性糖尿病动物是否具有降血糖作用.方法用体重为200~220 g的SD大鼠200只,禁食24 h,尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶60mg/kg,建立高血糖模型.观察高剂量(5ml/kg)、中剂量(2.5 ml/kg)和低剂量(1.25 ml/kg)鱼酱油对实验性糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖和糖耐量的影响.用正常SD大鼠观察高剂量鱼酱油对正常大鼠的体重及血清Cr,BUN,GPT,GOT等指标的影响.结果连续给予高、中、低剂量鱼酱油30 d,对高血糖大鼠空腹血糖均无明显影响(P>0.05),但可引起糖尿病大鼠糖耐量试验的血糖曲线下面积明显下降(P<0.01或<0.05);连续给予高剂量鱼酱油45 d,引起正常大鼠体重增长减慢(P<0.05).结论高、中、低剂量鱼酱油均可降低高血糖大鼠糖耐量试验中的血糖曲线下面积,即提高受试动物的血糖耐受水平;高剂量(5 ml/kg)鱼酱油可减慢正常大鼠的体重增长.
