Abstract: Objective:To investigate the efficacy of bedside blood purification combined with Xuebijing in the treatment of acute organophosphorus poisoning.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning, including 52 males and 18 females, aged(46.5±9.4)years, ranging from 23 to 62 years, were selected from Jiaozhou People′s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.All patients were randomly divided into control group and Xuebijing group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bedside blood purification.Xuebijing group was given Xuebijing injection on the basis of treatment in control group.Creatine kinase isoenzyme, whole blood cholinesterase, C-reactive protein, arterial blood gas index, heart rate, arterial blood pressure, incidence of hypotension, improvement time of consciousness disorder, the length of stay and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Three days after treatment, the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme[(33.82±4.21)IU/L]and C-reactive protein[(3.98±0.82)mg/L]in Xuebijing group were lower than those in the control group[(52.37±6.15)IU/L and(4.55±1.03)mg/L], the whole blood choline ester[(2 814.51±68.92)IU/L]was higher than that in the control group(1 745.65±45.88)IU/L, the levels of HCO 3-and PO 2 in Xuebijing group[(24.28±0.48)mmol/L and(89.61±2.73)mmHg, 1 mmHg=0.133 kPa]were higher than those in the control group[(22.54±0.45)mmol/L and(70.29±2.66)mmHg], the PCO 2 level[(45.72±5.52)mmHg]was lower than that in the control group[(50.27±5.66)mmHg], the level of heart rate in Xuebijing group[(91.45±10.52)times/min]was lower than that in the control group[(118.32±11.25)times/min], and the arterial blood pressure[(99.27±10.55)mmHg]was higher than that in control group[(90.25±10.38)mmHg], the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of hypotension[8.6%(3/35)]in the Xuebijing group was obviously lower than that in the control group[34.3%(12/35)], improvement time of consciousness disorder[(6.12±1.55)h], the length of stay[(7.15±1.08)d]were less than those in the control group[(8.56±2.23)h and(8.69±1.28)d]. The differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion:Bedside blood purification combined with Xuebijing can improve the treatment effect of acute organophosphorus poisoning, and improve the blood gas index, creatine kinase isoenzyme level and whole blood cholinesterase level of patients.
