Diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasonography in superficial epidermoid cysts

Abstract： The purpose of this study was to investigate the sonographic features of epidermoid cysts and the difference between unruptured and ruptured epidermoid cysts. The study found that the sonographic appearances of superficial epidermoid cysts were characterized by several features, and in certain ways they differed between unruptured and ruptured lesions. These may help distinguish them from other disorders.
