Abstract: 胶质瘤的进展、侵袭、转移和耐药与其免疫微环境引起的免疫逃逸密切相关。而免疫抑制相关细胞及分子在免疫逃逸中发挥着重要的作用。基于智能纳米材料的分子影像与免疫治疗有望通过阻断肿瘤免疫成为胶质瘤诊疗的有效手段。本文就基于胶质瘤免疫微环境的纳米探针的分子影像与免疫应答的研究进展作一较为简要的综述。
