Abstract： Obstructive sleep apnea ( OSA) is a common respiratory sleep disorder with high incidence ,complications and risk .It is an independent risk factor for various systemic diseases .In recent years ,there are more and more studies on the effects of OSA on olfactory function and continuous airway positive pressure ventilation on olfactory function .However ,the mechanism of OSA on olfactory function is still unclear .This paper aims to explore the mechanism of OSA′s influence on olfactory function .
