Abstract： Bronchial asthma is generally characterized by chronic airway inflammation ,its pathogenesis includes airway inflammation ,airway hyperresponsiveness ,airway remodeling and so on .The signal transduction pathway mediated by transforming growth factor β ( TGF-β) receptor plays an important role in it .This paper mainly reviews the recent progress in the relationship between the signal transduction pathway mediated by TGF-βreceptor and bronchial asthma .
