Abstract： Sal-like 4 ( Sall4) ,which is a transcription factor with a zinc finger structure protein ,is involved in the occurrence and development of various human malignant tumors .Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with highest morbidity and maximum mortality in the current ,and its overall prognosis is poor .Recently ,it has been found that Sall 4 is involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer ,This article is reviewed from the above aspects .
