Abstract： Interstitial lung disease and lung cancer are common diseases in the department of respiratory medicine.The incidence of the two kinds of diseases in recent years has increased significantly,and the prognosis is poor,especially the emergence of interstitial lung disease complicated with lung cancer.There is a certain degree of difficulty and challenge in terms of its diagnosis and treatment.On the one hand,the pathogenesis of the two diseases share the same mechanisms to some extent,on the other hand,the treatment of lung cancer can induce the occurrence and acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease.This article collects the epidemiology clinical characteristics,pathogenesis progress,treatment and prognosis of interstitial lung disease complicated with lung cancer in recent years to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of the interstitial lung disease associated with lung cancer.
