Abstract: Nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) is a nuclear transcription factor that regulates expression of diverse genes. Its activation disproportion is not only involved in a variety of inflammatory diseases, but also plays an important role in the development, progress, metastasis, and treatment of lung cancer.Recently, some studies have found that NF-κB may be a target for anti-cancer drugs, providing a new idea for the treatment of lung cancer and other malignant tumors.
