Relationship between endothelial progenitor cell and hypoxia pulmonary hypertension

Abstract： Hypoxia pulmonary hypertension is a fatal pulmonary vascular disease.The pathogenesis of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension relates closely with blood vessel endothelium injury.Present studies have proved that endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) play important roles in blood vessel endothelium repair of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.This article summarized the development of research on EPCs mobilization and the homing molecular biology.It also explored effects of the drug on the treatment of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension as well as the effects of EPCs on the treatment of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.
