Abstract： Objective To compare the profiles of serum proteomics in patients with primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma and those without this disease,aiming at identifying significant biomarkers of primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma.Methods The profiles of serum proteomics in patients with primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma and controls were obtained by the technique of SELDI-TOF-MS,and the differential expression protein were identified through the analysis of Biomarker Wizard software.Results 31 differential expression protein were found out across the two groups.16 protein were expressed higher in primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma,and 15 were expressed lower.Conclusions ①Differential expressed protein exists in primary tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma,and this provides the evidence and orients for the research of the specific biomarkers in the adenoid cystic carcinoma.②The outcome of the differential protein and the definitude of the biomarkers lay a foundation for the detection of the mechanism in the development of adenoid cystic carcinoma,and furthermore for the emergency of the new treatment according to the mechanism.
