Abstract： Many factors can lead to lung cancer,and the treatment and prevention of lung cancer are comprehensive. Recently,with the in-depth study about renin-angiotensin system (RAS), RAS has been greatly updated, many new components have been found. In addition to systemic RAS, it is found that local tissue microenvironment of lung cancer also contains important RAS components, which play an important role in tumor development and angiogenesis. This paper reviews the updated local RAS and the mechanism of lung cancer development.
