Progress of DKK-1 in non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract： DKK-1 is a member of DKK family and is a secreted protein.It regulates intracellular signal transduction by combining with corresponding receptors,and then determines the cell differentiation,proliferation,survival,apoptosis,migration characteristics.It plays an important role in tumorigenesis.DKK-1 may be a novel tumor marker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
