Abstract: The incidence of invasive aspergillosis is increasing. Its main feature is that aspergillus invades blood vessels, which results in hemorrhage in infection site, intravascular thrombosis and tissue infarction, and disseminates to other organs and tissues via the bloodstream. The mechanisms of aspergillus invading vascular endothelial cells and the changes of the invaded vascular endothelial cells are still not clear. Toll-like receptors and other pattern recognition molecules may play an important role in the process of aspergillus invasion, and some adhesion molecules may also be involved in the pathogenesis of Aspergillus fumigatus. The invaded vascular endothelial cells have morphological and functional changes, and the changes are related to the invasion way and the host state.
