Abstract： Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a disease that variety of inflammatory gene expression increases or abnormal expressed. RNA interference technology is a post-transcriptional gene silencing technology and widely used in the study of oncology,infectious diseases. In recent years, RNA interference technology also widely used in the study of pathogenesis of asthma, as well as gene therapy. This paper made a overview about the application of RNA interference used in the studies of asthma.
