Abstract: Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of tuberculosis antibody for pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods The serum samples of 1823 tuberculosis patients,580 non-tuberculosis lung disease patients and 500 healthy people were detected by acid-fast bacilli smear(AFS),enzyme linke dimmunosorbent assay(ELISA),dot immuno-gold filtration assay(DIGFA)and tuberculosis protein-chip(PC).Results The sensitivity of ELISA,DIGFA and tuberculosis PC were respectively 59.1%,62.7%and 71.2%,which were higher than that of AFS(18.4%).Positive rate of antibody was 67.9%by tuberculosis PC in specimens of negative AFS.Conclusions The detectable technology of tuberculosis antibody is rapidly adjunctive diagnosis of tuberculosis.Compared with ELISA and DIGFA,tuberculosis PC is more sensitive and specific on detection of multiple tuberculosis antibodies,especially for patients who do not spit tubercle bacillus.
