Abstract： 白介素-10(IL-10)是体内主要的抗炎细胞因子之一,可抑制大量前炎介质和趋化物质的产生,对炎症反应的调控起重要的作用.本文就其来源、分子结构、生物学活性和其对内毒素性肺损伤保护作用的的分子学机制及临床研究进展作一综述.
