Abstract： Biofilm formation is associated with invasive fungal infection, which is considered to be an important virulence factor.Candida albicans has become one of the important bacterial flora in hospital infection,and it is the most common clinical fungi strain, mainly isolated from respiratory tract.The formation of biofilm can promote the adhesion,proliferation and proliferation of Candida albicans, resulting in a significant increase in the minimum inhibitory concentration and drug resistance.This article reviews the current research advances of the mechanism of Candida albicans biofilm formation,structural characteristics and its prevention and treatment,to provide a reference for the development of clinical prevention and control strategies of Candida albicans biofilm formation.
