Cytotoxins and invasive toxins in Staphylococcus aureus results to invasive infections

Abstract： 金黄色葡萄球菌不仅可致皮肤软组织感染,并可致败血症、骨髓炎、关节炎等侵袭性感染[1-4].为了解金黄色葡萄球菌细胞毒素基因和侵袭性毒素基因的状况以及与患者临床特征的关系,我们对南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院住院患者无菌部位体液分离的一组金黄色葡萄球菌,进行了10种细胞毒素基因与9种侵袭毒素基因检测,并对患者的临床资料进行了分析.
