Secondary infection of Staphylococcus warneri after the resection of arachnoid cysts: report of one case

Abstract： 患者男,16岁,2011年4月25日出现头晕、头疼、恶心和双下肢无力等症状,当地医院行头部MRI提示:蛛网膜囊肿和脑积水.5月1日为行手术治疗来我院就诊,门诊以“蛛网膜囊肿”收入住院.体格检查:体温36.7℃,脉搏84次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压120/80 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),心率84次/min.意识清楚,查体合作,全身皮肤黏膜无黄染,全身未见皮疹、出血点及淤斑,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大;五官、腹部、四肢及心肺检查无异常.
