Abstract：支气管扩张症是国内常见病。我国呼吸界学者在2012年制定了首版成人支气管扩张症诊治专家共识，九年来国内已开始逐步重视支扩的诊治和管理，发表了一些具有临床意义的研究和论文。本专家共识汇聚我国众多专家临床研究成果和智慧，参考欧美国家的经验，对我国支气管扩张症的流行病学、发病机制、病因、临床诊断和鉴别、治疗、管理及患者教育等方面做了较为系统和全面的阐述，以期为我国支气管扩张症的临床规范化管理提供可供参考的重要文件。
