Abstract：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停( obstructive sleep apnea , OSA)发病由多因素参与,由咽部临界压( critical closing pressure, Pcrit)、低觉醒阈值( arousal threshold )、高环路增益( loop gain)和上气道扩张肌的功能异常(dilator muscle function )构成的PALM理论受到广泛关注[1].其中,Pcrit用来评估上气道塌陷性[2-3],可反映患者上气道塌陷的解剖学及神经反应性两方面的特征[4-7].现将Pcrit的研究进展综述如下.
