Abstract： 2017年欧洲泌尿外科协会发布了前列腺癌转移报告和数据系统（MET-RADS-P），得到了国际广泛关注。为此笔者对MET-RADS-P的要点进行解读，旨在推动我国转移性前列腺癌的全身MRI检查技术标准化，减少扫描、影像学描述以及报告的差异，指导临床对转移性前列腺癌的诊断分期和疗效评估。
