Abstract： @@ 肾脏恶性横纹肌样瘤(malignant rhabdoid tumor of the kidney,MRTK)又名肾杆状细胞瘤,是罕见的、高度恶性的肾肿瘤,主要发生于婴幼儿及学龄前儿童,近年来亦有成人MRTK的报道.该肿瘤命名为肾横纹肌样瘤,是因为肿瘤组织学表现与横纹肌肉瘤相似,但其并非是肌源性.为了提高对该病的认识,现将我院5例MRTK进行回顾性分析.
