Abstract: To the Editor:A 13-year-old girl had experienced abdominal pain and nausea for about 1 year,along with epigastric discomfort.An endoscopic intervention revealed a mass that protruded into the stomach lumen [Figure la].A biopsy revealed normal gastric mucosa.Computed tomography (CT) indicated a mass of about 2 cm between the pancreatic tail,spleen,and stomach.CT angiography showed a 27 mm aneurysm dilatation in the first 3rd of the middle splenic artery [Figure 1b].
