Abstract： Primary membranous nephropathy (PMN) is an antibody-mediated autoimmune glomerular disease.The incidence of PMN is 10/million populations/year and mostly adult patients present with nephrotic syndrome (NS).Moreover,the patients with persistent NS progressed to end-stage renal disease in 5-15 years.
