Abstract: To the editor:We read with great interest a longitudinal study by Zhang et al.1 The authors reported that transradial approach (TRA) reduced bleeding complication, and improved 30-day clinical outcomes.Despite a non-randomized study,it would provide an important contribution regarding TRA in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) treated with contemporary antitrombotic therapy such as tirofiban, which still remains unclear.
