Abstract： To the editor:The recent article by Feng et al1 provided for highly interesting reading.Interestingly,the past few years has seen the emergence of new data that suggests that dl-3-n-butylphthalide may have a significant role to play in ameliorating the effects of a number of neurological diseases ranging from ischemia to Parkinson's disease.
