Abstract： Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Qingre Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with ear pressure beans in the treatment of lung and stomach damp-heat acne.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acne admitted to Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Qingre Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with ear pressure beans for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion symptom score,skin condition,quality of life and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of skin lesions,color of skin lesions,number of skin lesions and swelling and pain scores of skin lesions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of pH,oil level and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingre Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with ear pressure beans can improve the curative effect of lung and stomach damp-heat acne,accelerate the skin lesion regression,reduce the impact on the quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
