Abstract： Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of lidocaine wet compress combined with Xiaohuang Jiedu decoction hip bath on wound pain and healing after modified hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:From January 2021 to May 2023,92 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids who underwent modified external stripping and internal ligation of hemorrhoids in the anorectal department of Nanyang Second People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into combined group(lidocaine wet compress combined with Xiaohuang Jiedu decoction sitz bath treatment,46 patients)and control group(Xiaohuang Jiedu decoction sitz bath treatment alone,46 patients)by 1:1 simple random number table method.The anal pain,quality of life,postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the NRS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time,edema disappearance time and first defecation time in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)..There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the combined group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lidocaine wet compress combined with Xiaohuang Jiedu decoction hip bath can relieve wound pain and promote wound healing in patients after modified hemorrhoid external stripping and internal ligation,without increasing the incidence of complications,with high safety.
