Effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate and Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizin S in the Treatment of Patients with Drug-induced Liver Injury

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of magnesium isoglycyrrhizate and compound monomanimonium glycyrrhizate S in the treatment of patients with drug-induced liver injury.Methods:A total of 86 patients with drug-induced liver injury admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected and numbered according to the order of patients'medical treatment(No.1-86).Among them,No.1-43 were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate as magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate group,No.44-86 were treated with compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S as compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S group.The liver function indexes,oxidative stress indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate group was 76.74%,which was higher than 55.81%of compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of ALT and TBIL in the magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate group were lower than those in the compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and NO in magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate group were higher than those in compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate is effective in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury,which can effectively improve liver function and reduce oxidative stress response with high safety.
