Abstract: Objective:To explore the status quo of knowledge,attitude and practice of nurses in infectious disease hospitals on blood concentration monitoring of anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods:Using convenience sampling method,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status quo and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice of anti-tuberculosis drug blood concentration monitoring among 188 nurses in an infectious disease specialist hospital.Results:Among 188 nurses in infectious disease specialist hospitals,the total score of knowledge,attitude and practice of anti-tuberculosis drug blood concentration monitoring was(158.22±19.15)scores,including cognitive score(73.96±11.24)scores,belief score(42.91±2.38)scores and behavior score(41.35±2.12)scores.There were statistically significant differences in the cognitive scores of anti-tuberculosis drug blood drug concentration monitoring among specialist nurses with different educational levels and working years(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the belief scores of blood concentration monitoring of anti-tuberculosis drugs among specialist nurses of different ages and professional titles(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of anti-tuberculosis drug blood concentration monitoring behavior among specialist nurses with different ages,working years and professional titles(P<0.05).Conclusion:The status quo of nurses'knowledge,attitude and practice of anti-tuberculosis drug blood concentration monitoring in infectious disease hospitals is at a high level,but there is still much room for improvement.In this regard,clinical managers should regularly strengthen the training and assessment of nurses'drug concentration monitoring,strengthen the mastery of its theoretical content,strengthen the awareness of the importance of nurses'drug concentration monitoring,and ultimately affect the change of nurses'daily work behavior,so as to ensure the safety of patients'medication.
