Abstract： Objective:To explore the establishment of the pharmaceutical care process of antihypertensive drugs for pregnant women with severe preeclampsia,and to evaluate its impact on blood pressure levels and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with severe preeclampsia.Methods:Patients with pregnancy complicated with severe preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=77)and observation group(n=73)by random number table method.The control group and the observation group were given routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The blood pressure level,prolonged gestational weeks,maternal and infant outcomes and adverse drug reaction reporting were compared between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of pharmaceutical care,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total reporting rate of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the prolongation of gestational weeks in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the mode of delivery,the time of termination of pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of pharmaceutical care can improve the blood pressure level of patients with severe preeclampsia and promote the rational use of antihypertensive drugs.At the same time,it is conducive to strengthening the monitoring of adverse drug reactions and increasing the number of reported adverse drug reactions.
