Abstract： In recent years,the incidence of drug fever has gradually increased.Drug fever caused by antibacterial drugs is a common drug-induced disease,which will disappear with the cessation of drug administration.It is easy to ignore the drug fever caused by anti infective drugs in clinical practice.In this paper,a case of acute necrotizing fasciitis fever was identified from the drug fever caused by antibacterial drugs and the related literature was reviewed and analyzed,in order to provide a reference for clinical rational diagnosis and treatment and help clinicians better understand the drug fever,promote rational drug use,ensure drug safety,and reduce medical costs.
