Abstract： Objective:To analyze the value of whole-course pain nursing management in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia during buprenorphine transdermal patch combined with radiofrequency.Methods:A total of 90 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.All patients were treated with buprenorphine transdermal patch combined with radiofrequency.During this period,the control group was treated with routine nursing management,and the observation group was treated with whole-course pain nursing management.The nursing satisfaction,compliance,adverse reactions and pain were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups showed that the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and VAS score was lower,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of whole-course pain nursing management in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia can improve nursing satisfaction and patient treatment compliance,and is more conducive to reducing adverse reactions than conventional nursing.
