Comparison of the Effects of Sufentanil and Dexmedetomidine Combined with Ropivacaine on Maternal Labor Analgesia

Abstract: Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of dexmedetomidine+ropivacaine and sufentanil+ropivacaine on maternal delivery,in order to provide guidance for clinical painless delivery technology.Methods:A total of 74 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The analgesia scheme of the control group was sufentanil+ropivacaine,and the analgesia scheme of the study group was dexmedetomidine+ropivacaine.The vital signs,arterial blood gas indexes,sedation and analgesia,labor time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of HR,DBP,SBP,SaO2,PaCO2,PaO2 and the time of the first,second and third stages of labor before and after analgesia between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Ramsay score of study group was higher than that of control group,VAS score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of delivery,dexmedetomidine+ropivacaine and sufentanil+ropivacaine have significant application effects,which will not affect the vital signs,arterial blood gas indexes and labor time of parturients.However,the sedative and analgesic effects of dexmedetomidine+ropivacaine are more significant,and the adverse reactions are less.
