Abstract： Drugs refer to opium,heroin,methamphetamine(ice),and other narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs that can cause addiction as regulated by the state.In addition to traditional drug crimes,new types of drugs have emerged in recent years,leading to a gradual increase in the proportion of new drug crimes.This has placed higher demands on the sensitivity,accuracy,safety,and transparency of drug detection technology.This article outlines the classification and hazards of drugs,the chemical formulas of common drugs and new drugs,and introduces the advantages and disadvantages and basic principles of widely used drug detection technologies,including spectroscopy,immunoassay,capillary electrophoresis analysis,and ion mobility spectrometry.In addition,this article also looks forward to the potential of X-ray absorption spectroscopy non-destructive testing technology in drug detection and introduces the application of X-ray absorption spectroscopy in plastic classification in order to explore new methods for rapid non-destructive detection of drugs.
