Abstract： TZDs类药物是近年来常用的一类口服降糖药,其可能会对糖尿病患者的骨代谢产生不良影响,使骨密度下降,甚至导致骨折风险增加.本文就TZDs类药物对糖尿病患者骨代谢的影响及其可能机制进行综述.
